We were in Izmir for 6 days, had good stay, the hotel was clean with great and perfect location in the centre of the city. The staff was incredibly attentive and excellent, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Exceptional hotel with city views and exceptionally attentive and excellent staff. Location near to an HUGE shopping centre, the restaurant, and the Izban transport. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Haberlesme Muzesi.

In this place, the room was very clean and incredibly lovely, and I particularly liked the lamps and the amenities like the hairdryer, terry robes, and shower caps provided.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in a convenient location for my road trip across Turkey. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a diverse selection of high-quality food. I must mention Turgut Bey, who was a standout on reception - polite, considerate, and extremely helpful. The hotel manager also went above and beyond to rectify any issues. The powerful shower with 24/7 hot water was a bonus, and the hotel's proximity to the metro station and a large shopping center made it even more convenient. Additionally, enjoying a Turkish breakfast in the garden was a delightful experience, and the Turkish hamam was excellent.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
